Before I jump into my plans for tomorrow i've got a few updates, First of all I am so sorry for the lack of posts in the past 4 weeks, my course work load has been insane and I just haven't had any time to sit down and plan out posts!!! Also on Monday I am guest posting for the lovely Melody so keep an eye out for that! Lastly I am still planning to re-launch this blog soon, but with the amount of course work i've had i've just had no time to really work on it at all, unfortunately it might be a little while longer but I promise it will be worth it!!!
This year i'm spending Valentines Day alone for the first time in a few years. I have to say it's feeling a little bit strange! I am looking forward to having a little pamper night though, personally I don't believe us girls really need to wait for a special holiday to pamper ourselves, a couple of nights a month should be set aside to make ourselves feel happy and pampered!
Anyway, below are a few of the products i'll be using to pamper myself tomorrow.
Just before I jump in the bath I like to wash and cleanse my face. I'm loving Lush's Angels on Bare Skin at the moment, it just leaves my skin feeling absolutely amazing afterwards! Pairing it with the Super Facialist by Una Brennan clay mask (which i've found amazing for calming down breakouts!) i'm hoping my skin will feel soft and completely cared for. I usually leave the mask on until i'm about to get out of the bath.
A lot of the time after my bath, usually while the waters draining, i give my hair a wash. I recently discovered the Bleach London Reincarnation Hair Mask and i've fallen in love with it! You apply it before you shampoo which i've never had to do with a mask before but with this it works really well, after washing it out i use my Shampoo (at the moment i'm going between Dove Intensive Repair and Lush Blousey) and condition (Dove Intensive Repair) and my hair is left feeling softer than i've had it in a long time, the ends need a lot of work to help keep them healthy looking!
Because I often shave my legs while in the bath I use Soap & Glory's Breakfast scrub to help remove any excess dry skin so I can get a better shave, I find it also gives me softer feeling skin afterwards too!
After I get out of the bath I love to slather my body in body butter! I have been a faithful user of Body Shops Shea Body butter for as long as I can remember! For my face i'm loving Simples Purifying Cleanser, Soothing Toner and Oil Balancing Moisturiser at the moment (I also use their Replenishing Rich Moisturiser) and I love the way they make my skin feel. They leave my face feeling smooth and soft and they also help to keep the oiliness from appearing on my T-Zone within half an hour of taking my make-up off!
After all of this i'll probably cuddle up on the couch and watch a few films, Disney films will definitely feature heavily!!
So, I hope you enjoyed this little insight into a single girls plans for Valentines Day! Let me know what you'r plans are! And whether you are single or not tomorrow I hope you all have an awesome day filled with love from everyone around you!!
